Step 1: The Impression Kit

Your journey begins with the Rmony Impression Kit, allowing you to create a precise mold of your areola or nipple at home. This ensures we capture the exact shape, texture, and details needed for your custom-crafted prostheses.

Step 2: Custom & Signature Prostheses

Once we receive your impression molds, we will handcraft your prostheses based on your unique imprint. To provide the most accurate match, your final delivery includes:

• Signature Kit – Three units of prostheses, medical-grade adhesive, adhesive remover, and step-by-step instructions for seamless application and care.

To ensure the highest level of precision and realism, our prostheses follow a two-step process before they reach you.

Step 1: Impression Kit Delivery

Once your order is placed, we will ship the Rmony Signature Impression Kit within 5 to 7 days. This kit allows you to create an exact mold of your areola or nipple at home. Once completed, you will need to return the kit to us using the prepaid return package included.

Step 2: Signature Prostheses Production & Shipping

After we receive your impression kit, we will begin crafting your Signature prostheses with exceptional detail and care.

• Production Time: Up to 30 days. While most prostheses are completed sooner, this timeframe ensures the highest quality results, especially during high-demand periods or for large orders.
• Shipping Time: Varies depending on your country and location after production is complete.

This meticulous process guarantees a highly realistic and natural appearance, providing you with prostheses designed for comfort and confidence.

Since each prosthesis is custom-made, you will receive detailed guidance on how to measure your areola to ensure the most accurate fit. The final size will be based on the original mold you provide through the Rmony Signature Impression Kit, ensuring a natural and proportional result.

A slight variation in size may occur, as we always incorporate a minimally transparent border around the edges. This subtle transition helps the prosthesis blend seamlessly with your skin, making the transition area discreet and natural.

The most precise way to achieve a perfect color match for your areola prosthesis would be through an in-person consultation. However, since this is not feasible for all clients, we have developed an effective online process to ensure the best possible results. While highly accurate, online color matching may still be affected by several factors, including:

• Photo lighting and color balance – Camera settings, screen displays, and ambient light can alter the appearance of colors.
• Temperature during the impression process – Cooler temperatures can cause the areola to contract and appear darker, while warmer environments may result in a softer, lighter tone.
• Natural skin tone fluctuations – Skin undertones and pigmentation can subtly shift due to hormonal changes, circulation, or healing after surgery.

To enhance accuracy for online orders, we include three units of prostheses with a slightly varied shade. This ensures greater flexibility in achieving the most natural match, compensating for any variations caused by lighting, temperature, or environmental factors.

By embracing these natural variations, we create prostheses that blend seamlessly and authentically, helping you achieve the most realistic and personalized result.

Please note that future replacement orders may not have an identical color match to your original purchase due to the handmade nature of the process. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in shade and tone are expected and unavoidable.

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our prostheses, exchanges and returns are not available.
