THE OPPORTUNITY
A Growing Market. A Clear Gap. A Real Opportunity
Surgery saves lives, but it cannot restore what is lost. Millions of breast cancer survivors currently living in the United States did not pursue surgical reconstruction — leaving a significant and growing population of women without a clinically supported path to restoration.

316,950
New invasive breast cancer cases diagnosed in the US in 2025 — rising 1% every year
~104,600
Estimated new mastectomies per year in the US — each patient a candidate for all 3 stages
4.2M+
Breast cancer survivors currently living in the US — a growing population with ongoing recovery needs
1.4M+
Women living post-mastectomy in the US without an integrated non-invasive recovery solution
That gap is where RmonyCare partners work.

The Partner Program
The RmonyCare Partner Program is a structured clinical training designed to certify healthcare professionals and specialists in the complete 3-stage post-mastectomy recovery protocol — the only integrated solution of its kind.
Over 4 to 5 days of intensive in-person training, you will learn to guide patients through pre-surgery areola preservation, post-surgery prosthetic fitting, and — when applicable — permanent areola micropigmentation.
This is not a technique workshop. It is a business and clinical transformation — one that positions you as a specialist in a field where demand far exceeds supply.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
One Protocol. Three Stages. Complete Recovery
As a RmonyCare Certified Partner, you will be trained to guide patients through every stage of their recovery journey.

Stage 1 — Pre-Surgery
Perform the pre-surgery mold kit to capture the natural shape of the areola before mastectomy — creating the precise reference that makes the custom-made prosthesis possible and preserves the patient's identity.

Before Surgery · At-home or In-person · Enables Stage 2
INVESTMENT
Each Patient is Not a Single Visit. It is a Long-Term Relationship
The RmonyCare protocol creates a natural cycle of ongoing care — with purpose and recurring revenue. Your investment generates impact and returns that compound with every patient you serve — across stages, across years.
______________________

Stage 1 · Pre-Surgery Kit
The gateway to a personalized recovery.
A single preventive investment that preserves the patient's natural areola shape before mastectomy — making a personalized Custom-Made prosthesis possible after surgery. The step that makes everything that follows more meaningful and more personal.

Enables Stage 2 Custom-Made

Stage 2 · Prosthetic Nipple
Immediate restoration with recurring revenue.
Ready-to-wear or custom-made silicone prostheses matched to the patient's skin tone and anatomy. Prostheses are replaced approximately once a year — creating a predictable, recurring revenue stream with each patient in your care.
_____________________________________
Annual Replacement — Ongoing Relationship

Stage 3 · Micropigmentation
The highest-value procedure in the protocol.
Permanent areola restoration for patients ready for the final step — typically 12 or more months after surgery. The highest single-session ticket in the protocol, with touch-up sessions recommended every 3 years — creating a lasting relationship with your patients.

Highest Ticket · Touch-up Every 3 Years

The Compounding Effect
Where all 3 stages work together.
A patient who enters at stage 1 becomes a stage 2 patient after surgery — and returns annually for prosthesis replacement. Over time, some patients will choose stage 3. As your patient base grows, so does your recurring, compounding income.

Everything You Need to Know
FAQs
Have questions about the Partner Program? Check below for quick answers, or get in touch if you don’t find what you’re looking for.
Who can participate in the program?
The RmonyCare Partner Program is designed for healthcare professionals and specialists who work with — or want to work with — post-mastectomy patients. Primary profiles include oncology nurses and patient navigators, certified micropigmentation specialists, and plastic surgery clinics, breast cancer centers, and oncology practices. Eligibility depends on alignment with RmonyCare's clinical mission and commitment to patient-centered care.
Do I need to be a licensed healthcare professional to apply?
No. The program is open to qualified professionals from healthcare, paramedical, and aesthetic backgrounds. However, Stage 3 (areola micropigmentation) requires compliance with local body art or micropigmentation regulations in your state or country. We guide you through what is required in your specific location.
What does the training include?
The training covers the complete 3-stage RmonyCare recovery protocol — Stage 1 (pre-surgery areola preservation), Stage 2 (silicone prosthetic fitting — Ready-to-Wear and Custom-Made), and Stage 3 (permanent areola micropigmentation). It also includes clinical communication, patient management, and business development. All developed over 500+ cases.
How long is the training?
The full program spans 4 to 5 intensive days, depending on program configuration and whether micropigmentation training is included. Training can be customized based on your background and the solutions you intend to offer.
Can the training be done outside the USA?
Yes. The standard training is held in Dallas, TX. However, in-loco training at your facility is available — especially advantageous for groups of 2 or more professionals from the same clinic or practice, minimizing travel costs and allowing hands-on practice in your actual service environment.
What languages is the program available in?
The RmonyCare Partner Program is fully available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — providing complete support for partners in different regions and enabling training and practice in the language of greatest comfort.
Is there a certification at the end of the program?
Yes. Upon successful completion of the training and a structured evaluation period, partners receive the RmonyCare Certified Partner designation. Certification is earned — not purchased — and represents a commitment to clinical quality and patient care standards. Certified partners are authorized to use the RmonyCare brand in their practice under approved guidelines.
Is there a non-compete agreement?
Yes. All partners sign a partnership agreement that includes a non-compete clause to protect the integrity of the program and the RmonyCare brand. Specific terms — including duration and geographic scope — are shared and discussed during the qualification call.
Is approval guaranteed when applying?
No. Each application is carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with RmonyCare's clinical mission, connection to relevant services or medical practices, and operational capacity to implement the program effectively. Applicants may be asked for additional information during the review process.
What happens after I submit the application?
Our team reviews every application individually. Selected candidates will be invited to a qualification call to assess program fit, understand all program details, and explore personalization possibilities. There is no commitment required at the application stage.
What are the investment considerations?
The investment depends on multiple factors — including program configuration, number of participants, and whether training takes place in Dallas or in-loco at your facility. Detailed investment information is provided after the qualification call, tailored to each partner's specific needs and program structure.
