THE OPPORTUNITY
A Growing Market. A Clear Gap. A Real Opportunity
Surgery saves lives, but it cannot restore what is lost. Millions of breast cancer survivors currently living in the United States did not pursue surgical reconstruction — leaving a significant and growing population of women without a clinically supported path to restoration.

That gap is where trained professionals make the difference."

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
One Protocol. Three Phases. Complete Recovery
In this training, you will learn to guide patients through every phase of their recovery journey.

Phase 1 — Pre-Surgery
Perform the pre-surgery mold kit to capture the natural shape of the areola before mastectomy — creating the precise reference that makes the custom-made prosthesis possible and preserves the patient's identity.

Before Surgery · At-home or In-person · Enables Phase 2
THE PATIENT CYCLE
Each Patient is Not a Single Visit. It is a Long-Term Relationship
The RmonyCare protocol creates a natural cycle of ongoing care — with purpose and continuity. Each patient can move through multiple phases over the years, from prevention to prosthesis to permanent restoration.
______________________

Phase 2 · Prosthetic Nipple
Immediate restoration, renewed as needed.
Ready-to-wear or custom-made silicone prostheses matched to the patient's skin tone and anatomy. Prostheses are typically replaced approximately once a year as the patient's needs and skin change.
_____________________________________
Annual Replacement — Ongoing Relationship

Phase 3 · Micropigmentation
The final step in the protocol.
Permanent areola restoration for patients ready for the final step — typically 12 or more months after surgery, with touch-up sessions recommended every 3 years — completing the full recovery journey.
_____________________________________
Touch-up Every 3 Years

The Full Journey
Where all 3 phases work together.
A patient who enters at Phase 1 becomes a Phase 2 patient after surgery — and may return for prosthesis replacement over time. Eventually, some patients will choose Phase 3 to complete their recovery journey.

What Is the Training
This is hands-on, in-person training designed for professionals who want to master the techniques behind the RmonyCare protocol — not a theoretical or online course.
You'll work directly with real materials, real techniques, and direct feedback from Roberta, in small groups that keep the experience personal and practical.
By the end of the training, you'll be able to apply the technique on your own — from the first consultation to the finished result, with the confidence to bring this service into your own practice.
TWO WAYS TO LEARN
Choose Your Training Path
Both programs are hands-on, independent training — no brand affiliation, no patient referrals, no business partnership. You learn the technique and apply it on your own, in your own practice.

Everything You Need to Know
FAQs
Have questions about the Training Program? Check below for quick answers, or get in touch if you don’t find what you’re looking for.
Who can participate in the training?
This training is designed for healthcare professionals and specialists who work with — or want to work with — post-mastectomy patients. Primary profiles include oncology nurses and patient navigators, certified micropigmentation specialists, and plastic surgery clinics, breast cancer centers, and oncology practices. Applications are reviewed individually to confirm fit with the training format.
What's the difference between Prosthetic LAB and The Complete Method?
Prosthetic LAB (2 days) covers Phase 1 and Phase 2 — pre-surgery mold-taking and custom silicone prosthetics. The Complete Method (4.5 days) includes everything in Prosthetic LAB plus Phase 3, permanent areola micropigmentation. Choose based on the techniques you want to offer.
What is the cost of the training?
Prosthetic LAB is $5,997 USD, and The Complete Method is $9,997 USD. One-on-One training adds 50% to either program. On-location training is quoted individually based on your location.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay the full amount upfront?
After approval, Group Training requires a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm your spot, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the course date. One-on-One and on-location training require a 50% non-refundable deposit, also with the balance due 7 days before the course date. Payment is only requested after your application is approved — there is no cost at the application stage.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, Zelle, and credit card. Payment plans are also available — reach out to our team to discuss options that fit your situation.
How long is the training?
Prosthetic LAB is 2 days, and The Complete Method is 4.5 days, depending on which program you apply for.
Can the training be done outside Dallas, TX?
Yes. Standard training is held in Dallas, TX — either as Group Training (fixed dates, in English) or One-on-One (flexible dates and language, +50%). On-location training is available by request, subject to availability and confirmation by RmonyCare, with a custom quote based on your needs and location.
What languages is the training available in?
Group Training is conducted in English. One-on-One and on-location training can be delivered in English, Spanish, or Portuguese, based on your preference.
Is travel and accommodation included?
No. Flights, lodging, local transportation, and meals are not included and are the student's responsibility.
How many students are in each cohort?
Each Group Training cohort is limited to 4 to 6 students, to keep the hands-on format effective and ensure direct feedback from Roberta.
Do I need to be a licensed healthcare professional to apply?
No. The training is open to qualified professionals from healthcare, paramedical, and aesthetic backgrounds. However, Phase 3 (areola micropigmentation) is a regulated activity in most states and countries, often requiring a tattoo or body art license. It is the student's responsibility to check with the health department or regulatory body in the state or country where they practice to confirm what's required. Our team can offer general guidance, but compliance with local licensing requirements is entirely up to the student.
Is this training available for professionals based in Texas?
No, except with prior authorization from RmonyCare. Enrollment is not currently available for professionals practicing in the state of Texas unless explicitly approved on a case-by-case basis. Applicants are asked to confirm their country and state of practice during the application process.
Is there a certification at the end of the training?
Yes. Upon completion, you receive a Certificate of Completion confirming you finished the training. This is not a professional license and not a RmonyCare brand certification — it does not authorize use of the RmonyCare name or grant any affiliation with the brand.
Is there a non-compete or restriction on using what I learn?
Yes. This training is intended for personal, individual professional use only. By enrolling, you agree not to teach, license, replicate, or commercialize the curriculum, and not to train others using RmonyCare's methods or materials. These terms are part of the training agreement, signed after your application is approved and before the initial deposit is paid.
Is approval guaranteed when applying?
No. Each application is reviewed individually to confirm fit with the training format and your professional background. Applicants may be contacted with follow-up questions, including a short call if needed.
What happens after I submit the application?
Our team reviews every application within about a week. If approved, you'll receive a training agreement to sign, followed by a payment link to confirm your spot with the initial deposit. There is no cost or commitment at the application stage.
What is the cancellation policy if I need to withdraw?
The initial deposit is non-refundable. If you notify us at least 30 days before the course start date, your deposit can be applied as credit toward a future cohort. Notice given less than 30 days before the start date forfeits the deposit entirely.
Can I reschedule to a different cohort?
Yes, one time, with at least 30 days' notice before your original course date. Your deposit carries over as credit, and you'll pay any price difference for the new cohort, with the balance due 30 days before the new date. If you can't attend the rescheduled cohort, the standard cancellation policy applies and the deposit is forfeited.
Can RmonyCare cancel a scheduled training?
This has never happened, and we don't expect it to. However, in the rare event of an exceptional circumstance, RmonyCare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort — including, but not limited to, insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other operational circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to transfer them as credit toward the next available cohort.
